Has there ever been time in the comics where all the Super Villians in the DC universe or all the Super Villians in the Marvel universe have joind forces and attack all the superheros together?

If you mean "all the supervillains fighting all the super*heroes*", usually any of the big honkin' megacrossovers DC's had over the past 20 years could be used... particularly "Crisis on Infinite Earths" and, I presume, the recent "Infinite Crisis" brouhaha...

One of the most famous super-villain team ups is the "sinister six" a group of Spider-Man rogues that comes together once every few years to try to take Spidey down. The most recent incarnation was in Marvel Knights: Spider-Man, now Sensational Spider-Man when a "Sinister 12" tried to break Spider-Man.

For a bigger but less cohesive super-villian team-up, New Avengers issues 1-2 has a group of heroes fighting over 80 villians at the same time to try to contain a super-villian prison break.

Check out the "Acts of Vengance" story arc from Marvel. It is all about all the major vilians teaming up against all the heroes.

Yeah! Your talking about "VILLIANS UNITED" Issue right? That had like all the DC's villians created in one sotry arc, Good story. Cause you don't know who to root for in that one.

I was just referring to the series in general---Infinite Crisis itself I find wretched enough to not care about any comic tie-ins...

A lot of villains in DC form a group during Infinite Crisis called the Secret Society of Super Villains, which still exists.

Marvel viallin team ups I know of are
Sinister Six
Frightful Four
Emissaries of Evil
Masters Of Evil

Spiderman has has some viallin team up too.
Sinister six
The Enforcers
femme fatales
Carnage family
Legion of losers.

The original secert wars had the best viallin team up in marvel ever.

...and was originall formed back in the 70's (and appeared during one of the annual JLA-JSA hootenannies...). :-)
