Do you think Bruce and Selina could marry?

Ever since I was old enought o understand Bruce's relationship with Selina and Catwoman's with Batman's, I have always believed that they would someday wed. Now, since I am such a fan of the animated world, my question is this:

Do any of you think that Bruce and Selina could get married?

Now realize that I never said that I believed it would work out, and that they would stay together, but I would like to think that Catwoman could someday get passed breaking the law and instead fight next to Batman. That way Bruce wouldn't have to give up his crusade, and Selina could still be naughty!:D I think their marriage would work, that is if her record was erased or the whole thing kept secret! They certainly have the passion:D
If you don't think that they could ever be together, who do you think Bruce would be the most likely to wed? Zatanna ( too dull)? Talia (too dangerous)? Barbara (kinda wrong:( ) Lois (no way, she's Superman's gal!)

Selina is soooo perfect.... if only she could get past her record. Maybe if Brucoe let her in on the secret she'd do a 180. Who knows. Talia... I can't stand that chick, not to mention the problems her father would cause. And as I stated above, Barbara is just wrong. Any how, that's my opinion.

But, in the comics Talia is married to Bruce... at least in Ra's Al Ghul's eyes. (Batman: Son of the Demon graphic novel.)

And in pre-Crisis history, the Batman of Earth 2 was married to Selena. They had a daughter named Helena who later became the Huntress (who was the template for the current Huntress).

well, we all know he isn't married in Batman Beyond. And heaven knows what happened to Selina..

I always thought it'd be cool if Selina's daughter came back to gotham, to find wayne, and take him back. but Terry would stop her and such..then eventually selina would come to gotham too..

But, I don't think bruce will ever get married..he's to grumpy

I think Selina Kyle would be the perfect woman for Bruce. In the episode "Perchance to Dream" Bruce dreams that he is engaged to Selina whitch prooves that he is still not over her and still cares for her. From all the chicks that he has dated Selina and Andrea Beaumont remain at the top of his list.

Barb...ewwww!...can't picture them together! :eek: They are totally wrong for each other. Babs should've stayed with Dick or at least follow him to Bludhaven. Batgirl is a confused girl...she hasn't yet grown up b/c she doesn't know what she wants yet ...well that is my opinion on this topic. Ciao people!

i dont think slilena could ever stop her compulzive stealing, shes treid before and she just cant stop, so if that cant stop the marrige wouldnt work. plus i think it would be to chezzy if the got married. so i hope they never do.

Nah. Bruce could never get married. It make no difference whether Selina was goody two shoes or thieving minx. It's not the character - or the love required - it's the responsibilty.

Bruce wouldn't be able to juggle a love life and his Batlife (as Mask Of The Phantasm points out). Love would compromise his actions - especially if he fought along side her.

Someone like Terry McGinnis (or say Peter Parker - not that there is much difference!!!) would happily try to juggle the two - but then the Bat to him is just was he does, not who he is.

Look at the problems Peter Parker has had over the years! Do you think serious old Bruce would risk causing complications like that to his crusade?

And can you see him giving the crusade up for a woman? I don't!

Well if you ignore what happend in TNBA, I think they could get married. But let's be honest: Bruce needs to get alive the only thing Catwoman commits is stealing some fancy cat stuff from rich snobs...who cares!!! I could deal with that:rolleyes:

Talia is a lot worse, she's even capable of killing inncent people.

Selina is always going to be bruce's perfect match, over talia and barbara and zatana anyday. And i do think they could marry, but it would probably end tragically (like everything in Gotham City). Selina is part good guy, and her crimes aren't too bad, so why not? the only thing i can see getting in the way is batman actually trusting her enough to let her know his secret. I dont see that happening anytime soon. but once wed, yeah, it could work. they could fight side by side and can just agree to disagree when it comes to all the pretty jewels kitty brings home at night.

Now the thing i'd love to see is a cat fight between Catwoman and Talia for bruce's love. that would rock. I think Selina would woop talias ***** so bad she'd need a soak in the lazerous pitt to save her.
