I thought you knew...

lol, sorry..

I was listenting to the Mask of the Phantasm soundtrack today, and that last song (the one with lyrics, and the one that is also the Title of this thread) fit Andrea and Bruce's relationship to T (I never understood that term...lol)

True, the song is a bit on the lovely-dovely side, but I'm fine with it..my only question is:

Was it written FOR Mask of the Phantasm, or what?

at first I thought that it fit them quite well, but if you think about it, it really fits another one of the drak knight's women better: Catwoman.

the words go "I never even told you, I thought you knew.. I never even said the words..how I feel about you.." blah blah blah

BRUCE AND ANDREA GOT ENGAGED! in think they pretty much told eachother how they felt, even if not verbally

That song is sweet, and is much more fitting for Bats and catwoman. . .but just my opinion :p

I'm pretty sure that it was. Someone wrote the song for the soundtrack and got Tia Carerra to sing it. I think...I could be wrong...

Meaning: It fits perfectly.
Origin: Commonly thought of as a reference to the T-square, which is used to draw parallel lines and angles. But this phrase was used in the 1600s, before anyone called the tool a T-square. "A more likely explanation is that the expression was originally 'to a tittle.' A tittle was the dot over the "i", so the phrase meant 'to a dot' or 'fine point.'"
