I missed ROYAL CAT NAP today - but my daughter saw it and said that the ending was edited. Is this true and if so, HOW?

"Scat Cats" isn't a Tom and Jerry cartoon. It is a Spike and Tyke cartoon (T&J don't appear in it).

This website (http://www.geocities.com/mgmshorts/characters/tomjer.htm) lists it as Tom and Jerry, so that is why I thought it was. I have never seen the cartoon. They also listed "The Dot and the Line" as Tom & Jerry. They forgot to list "Down Beat Bear" as one. It is error filled, I guess.

Oddly though, in "Scat Cats", Tom isn't the cat who usually calls his friends over for a party when his owner is out, it's Butch! I guess MGM didn't want Tom to appear without Jerry...

There was some kind of error with my tape last night, causing it to go black with no sound during the first cartoon. Feel free to help.
