ADV has Le Chevalier D'Eon

From the front page of ANN, it appears that ADV has gotten their hands on this title.

In my opinion, D'Eon is one of the best animes to have come out this fall, and I am sure ADV is betting that this show can get on AS. It is surprising that they managed to get it before it even finished airing on Japanese TV, but it shows you how serious ADV is about this title.

I'm guessing ADV must have been in talks before it started, but it's nice to see them still picking up titles - the somewhat light load of new announcements during con season almost had me worried (still, I wish they'd get to work on some of their back-catalog of unreleased acquisitions though. I'm still jonesin' for Kurau Phantom Memory, yet Nerima Daikon Brothers is going to be out with in the year.)

Wow. That's kind of suprising actually, for something like this I thought Geneon (or Media Blasters) would have gotten it or something. ADV hasn't picked up anything that really interested me in a long, long time. I'd still rather see Kurau though :crying:

I know, they're taking forever. I asked 'em about it at SakuraCon2006, and they still have it apparently. Atleast as of April 2006.

Granted, they got Diamond Daydreams in that same round of acquisitions, and they didn't get it out till this year, so it might still show up.
