I know that this has been talked about a hundred times before, but in Paradise Lost it really looked as though there was a connection between them, particularly at the beginning of the episode. Could the creative team be hinting at something?

Maybe I'm imagining things, but it seems possible, especially since Lois Lane isn't anywhere to be found. Now, I know that she's not a part of this series, but three of the four episodes that we've seen have taken place in Metropolis...and not even a mention of Lois has come up. Could she and Superman have had some kind of falling out between Legacy and Secret Origins?

(Maybe I should have named this thread something else...sorry.)

I would love to see Superman and Diana show some kind of feelings towards each other.

You know, little kids will often be mean to the ones they like and Wonder Woman did beat Superman up pretty bad...makes you think...

Personally, I hope not.

I'd like to see Diana with someone a bit more...fleshy....real I mean.

That make any sense? Umm, if not...let me think some more on it and I'll get back to you...

It's not only the show, tho... the last issue of JL Adv. had Diana going to talk to/ console Superman when he went off by himself. Put it all together....

(Maybe I should have named this thread something else...sorry.) i hope so. romance always makes a show more interesting. I saw the romance thing too. it got me thinking they were attracted to each other.

There was this sweet moment at the beginning of Paradise Lost where Wonder Woman confided in Superman about missing her mother. There was a sense of intimacy there.

spoiler

Well, supes left a JL meeting, because they were trying to figre out if these aliens who landed were good or bad, and he kinda left in a huff because he liked them because they were like him (had superpowers), You could also tell he liked the alien chick. So, Diana went and talked to him.

You might be able to fill out an online subscription at DC's official page. I'm not sure though.

You're asking a lot from me. ;)

I don't want to see any kind of romance beween Diana & Kal. Why, you ask. Well, frankly...I think it'd be boring.

"Perfect" man with "perfect" woman scenarios...blah. Give Diana somene with more grit...that'll make things interesting.

I've got my own secret hopes, but I won't mention them for fear of offending the "fans" of said hero...

Good God, whatever you do...don't get a subscription from DC.

I've have nothing but bad experiences with it. I'll never do it again.

I think there's an 800 number (and I'm sure someone knows what it is) that you can call and find the closest shop to you.

There was also that moment during Secret Origins pt. 3 where Bats is using the laser to free Diana and she saves his butt by deflecting a shot...and there's a bit of a smirk...

And there was that moment where Diana semi-flirts back with the Flash...'bout the iced mochas...

I didn't see any spark.
And no! No romance between the JLers! The writers have the character interactions just right, and I don't want it spoiled by romance!

Have any of you seen the anime "Project A-Ko"? It's possible that A-Ko could be Superman, and Diana's daughter if you see the little references at the end. My friend saw "Paradise Lost", and thinks that Wonder Woman is the perfect equle for Supes. I do have a question. Didn't Clark marry Lois in the comics? And if so, did things fall apart? Please let me know. I'd be nice to see Lois make an appearance just to see what happens. This debate is more interesting than that Batman Vs. Superman contest they had on Toonami this past week.

Yes, clark did marry lois in the comics and they have a great relanship. she left him for awhile after his "Death" and trial, but she relaized that they where soulmates.

Has anyone noticed that Lois Lane, and Wonder Woman almost look alike? Design wise? Their hair, and facial expressions are alomost identical. Just thought i'd point that out. Also, I was watching the final Superman episode "Legacy", and there are some secred moments shared between Lois, and Supes. (I can see how the "Earn your trust" line from "Secret Origns" connects from that final episode.) It'd be nice if Lois made an appearance on Justice Leauge just to settle this long debate, and see how Bruce handles this.

I STRONGLY disagree, mbaker! WW and Lois Lane look nothing alike! Their hair designs are two utterly different styles, and the facial expressions of WW are nothing like Lois'. WW,IMO,doesn't look anything like what Bruce Timm's style used to be. I think she is much too old and ugly looking, with her over detailed nose and high ckeek bones. Lois,on the other hand, was exactly what B.T.'s style was meant to look like. I think JL has completely abandoned his style!

I apologize for veering off your original topic,Karkull, but I just had to reply to mbaker.

Definately a spark there. Not forced, either. A genuine sense of comradery and respect. Superman just doesn't find many girls he can count on to catch a bus he accidentally drops. And it takes a strong guy to impress Wonder Woman, with her girls-only Amazon upbringing. And at the risk of being risque', poor Clark has NEVER been able to experience uninhibited whoopee with the likes of Lana or Lois. Poor guy would kill them if he let himself go.

I'm a huge fan of World's Finest (Batman/Superman movie). Now that Superman is finally striking me as hetero again, I'd LOVE to see Lois come into play next season and bring Superman/Batman chemistry into effect on JL. (Now Superman doesn't HAVE to be straight, of course, but it adds resonance to the Bats/Supes/Lois love triangle dymanic). Add Wonder Woman to the mix, and it could be really fun (but only if it was extremely well written-obviously this could be easily turned into something unwatchable.)

I'm very pleased with how this latest episode has given some needed character development to Superman and Wonder Woman. Maybe Hawkgirl wll get some depth soon....
