View Full Version : C&C - Frisky Dingo - "Pimp My Revenue" [10/27]
Maybe it's because all the experts, sans Karl Ravech, picked the Cardinals to lose that the Cards were able to pull it out.

Not as great as the first 2, but still pretty funny. I like how Killface's attempt at promoting his threats to take over the world were ruined by the Scion promotions. :D That was an okay way of promoting in-show, it wasn't nearly as bad as Boost Mobile or some other ones I have seen.

THe way it was presented made it funny (what with the...god what are their names...Moltar people, commenting in between shots); and I can't help but laugh extremely hard when his son pushes the bowl off the table.
Love it. HRUMPH.

They're called "the x-ticles" I think...
This was a very good episode compared to the last two. I think this might actually turn out to be a rather funny series.

Yes, but I liked it. It kind of handled it like how Arrested Development handled product placement: blatant and over the top. I really like how the story of the show is coming together. Also, the continuity is great. I love continuity in comedies, and seeing the lobster guy back was really funny. I liked Sealab 2021 a lot, but if a character on that show ever got his hands replaced by lobster claws, he'd never be heard from again. The fact that they showed him (In a hospital bed too!) was great.
And now that I said that, I'm sad thinking I'll never get to see Henry Winkler, jump a dead shark, while saying "I'm on my way to BURGER KING! for some fries!" on my TV again. RIP Arrested Development.

Remember Boost Mobile?

I was wondering if your username was an AD reference, guess that answers the question.
Gobias a cup of coffee. Man that show is great.

I was surprised that Killface kept Valerie alive and that she's not as afraid of him.
So is Killface really the main character or is the show going to keep alternating its focus.

I really liked Xander's business plan. Especially the bit about a tax shelting.

This episode sucked. They need to stop focusing on Killface. He's not funny. More Awesome X, less Killface. I kept waiting for Killface to kill those talkshow hosts yet he never did. Why does he have no problem killing people he kidnaps and tearing the skin off of people backstage, but he can't kill the talk show hosts? Lame.

Well this is a comedy... It's not going to be that logical. I think you're looking too much into it honestly. Plus, that'd ruin his image if he did that. He needs to keep a good image if he's going to thrust Earth into the sun.

Not really. They'd just be seen the next episode with no evidence that the lobster claw thing ever happened. Just like every episode they ignored the fact that Sealab exploded last episode.

How would it ruin his image? I thought he wanted people to be scared of him?

He has to make people like him so he can build up enough fame to make enough money to secure a deal where he can more publicly announce the world's doom before he can carry out said doom.

That's what I meant to say.

As I said, this isn't real. The joke is he's a supervillian, who wants public approval.

I really like this show alot-archetypal Villan v. superhero, with each character acting like they could be on Sealab.
The serialized plot seems like what they are trying to do with 12oz mouse only with way more coherency. It's not the funniest of show's but it has been entertaining the 3 that I've seen now. I really liked the Regis and Kathy lee satire I would be banging my head against a cabinet too if i ever had to appear on that.

I'm siding with Master Moron on this one. I mean, the blatant product placement wasn't that bad, but I was still hoping Killface would've maimed those two hosts or something. I mean, I would if I couldn't get my message across.
