I also recommend you check out all of the Pro VS. Con essays written by "The Old Maid", who undoubtable has come up with some of th emost compelling reading in quite sometime. I really, really, really recommend you read these if you have the time.

And for a good laugh, check out Croc's Killer Comedy which features some satricial press releases about upcoming 'Batman' shows. There is some foul language so look out. And I plan to do a "Rant" soon becuase I've just been dieing to do one of those as well.

So, as a blatant plug - I really recommend you check these out. I'd like to see some comments, too.

Impressive. I particularly like "Pro VS Con: A Defense Of Paul Dini." It's important to realize that, someday, people could actually be writing dissertations on these stories like they would any other piece of literature. This essay certainly possesses a scholarly tone and is well argued.

Do you take submissions? I'd like to try my hand at one.

"Wertham's Ghost" is about Frederic Wertham, the man who is (infamously) described as arguing that Batman was gay and would turn readers gay too. If you have any interest in that whole controversy, Old Maid's piece is a must-read.

I re-did the page a little so it's divided up nice and has links to each section - so it's easier to navigate. I also have a revised edition of the amazing "Wertham's Ghost" peice which I think everyone should check out.
