I was checking a mod's profile and it said "Viewing User Note: Samurai Quack". What is it? Did I do something against the rules or something?

it was telling you what that user was viewing and since you where viewing your profile it said that

It's a moderator/admin feature. Think of it like your permanent record in school. EVERYTHING goes in there, good and bad. It's nothing to worry about.

Yea, User Notes detail everything, from warnings to name changes.

There's little point of putting good things in a User Note. It's more of a track keeping tool to save the mods having to search through the forum. The vast majority of users have no user notes, and those that do are just for when we've kept track that they've had thier screen name changed.

Though some Mods make their own User Notes to remind themselves not to do certain things which screw up the forum's database. :anime:
