Yup. I only have the redrawn version on tape (from the recent CN showing, it doesn't have "The Bitter End"). It is the scene near beginning where Popeye stops Shorty's first suicide attempt by saying: "I think yer cute! You look just like Bob Hope!" Shorty responds to that by pulling out an even bigger gun and puts it to his head. Popeye then says: "Uh...uh... I mean *Bing Crosby*!!"
