Taito Legends for PSP isn't a straight port

Apparently it's got a good number of games from Taito Legends 2 and a few remade versions of games

Being that Taito Legends 2 is still TBA for the US. this is a good sign that we may get the collection of TL2

There's 25 games in total and it's 30 bucks

I think the EA Replay may be one of the better compilation packages though

So why exactly is TL2 still TBA in the US? Is there some sort copyright conflict going on or something?
