Pokemon - Mastermind Japanese Intro is...

...You might want to die when you hear this, but looks like Pokemon USA did keep the japanese intro, in a sense. The same exact song, "Pokemon, Go", plays. Same exact animation, except for the japanese logo for. Apparently the intro was created for the special specifically. Also, the intro song we hear on redub of the special, is the ending song for the japanese version. The ending animation doesn't seem to have too much of original animation. It's mostly footage from the episode on a film strip, with it scrolling (I think it's scrolling. Will have to recheck).

I'm starting to wonder... Did we actually send Pokemon USA the wrong signal on the japanese openings? While it's still used at the ending, something tells me our complaints of the intro may have actually doomed any chance of getting a dub or original japanese intro of Pokemon...

In other words, the ending animation to the Crystal special just with different sequences put in.

A dub of Battle Frontier would be nice, it's my favorite opening of the Advance Series.
