Does anyone have any info on the kind of numbers AS programs have been getting?

Yeah... I'd also be interested in that too. I have heard that Home Movies gets more ratings than anything else in the block... but are there any news on those?

Since its Sept. 2 launch, Adult Swim (Sundays & Thursdays, 10 p.m.-1
a.m.) has contributed to the network's adult 18-34 rating, posting 67
percent growth in ratings and 84 percent growth in delivery compared to
2000. With the help of Adult Swim, Cartoon Network jumped to #8 from last
year's #10 ranking in total day delivery of adults 18-34 (177,000). In fact,
Cartoon Network's performance with adults 18-34 out-delivers such well-known
networks as Comedy Central, FX, VH1, Sci-Fi Channel, the Discovery Channel,
E! and TV Land.
So safe to say, Adult Swim is doing well. The block itself gets about a 1.2 share(approx. 1,300,000 viewers).

That's great. Glad to know AS has a rather large audience. :)

If DBZ is the longest running series on cartoon network does that mean Tonnami gets alot more viewers then adult swim?

No, it just means that DBZ has a lot of episodes.

Toonami does get more viewers than Adult Swim though. That's a given. I think they get a 4.0 or 5.0 share. Not sure.

Isn't SGC2C the longest running series on Cartoon Network?

Yes, I believe it is, and still going strong, too, I might add. I hope it goes on for quite a while longer!

But then why is Cartoon Network claiming that DBZ is the longest running series?

TOM said it's "Our longest running series." And it is. Toonami has been running it for 3 years now.

The ratings are more about the key demos adults 18-49. That's the whole reason AS is around, to get older people to watch a mostly kids network. I hear they are doing pretty well in key demos, but I can give you a number.

It's the longest running cartoon series ever by number of episodes. Not by how long it's been airing on CN.
