Well I like that they have all these villains , and still will have Doom on a third of the episodes (which is fine by me, because he is their #1 Villain and he is also the best villain Marvel has) But i think with the villains in this season and the guest Heroes, the writing has to be good or it will turn out like the series of 90's Hulk, 90's F4 and 90's Iron Man (The First Season) . It just wish Galactus or Silver Surfer would have been written into this season.
Allthough I think marvel told them not to use Galactus or the Silver Surfer because of next summers sequel. But i do think that if there is a season 2, they may appear

I'm personally really looking forward to seeing The Frightful Four and Iron Man appear in the show. I think they'll be a surprise or two in there somewhere too.

Puppet Master intrigues me too. Always did like him...

I really wish they brought in Luke Cage (instead of She-Hulk) as a replacement for Ben in an episode or two where they have Ben trying to "find himself" as a subplot as he often does in the comics.

That seems a little on the flimsy side for a series that brags about guest stars. In 26 episodes that ain't that much at all.
