In 1998, 4Kids started out dubbing Pokemon for syndication. 1999 brought it to WB and became an instant hit having close to 50 episodes already dubbed, with 13 more ordered for Saturday mornings, and a movie. 2000 brought us to the Orange Islands, introducing us to Tracy, as well as another movie. 2001 got us to the incredibly long Johto region and the final widely released dub movie. 2002 had us still in Johto, with the 4th movie being released by Miramax in select theaters. This was also the year that Pokemon had a weeknight run on Cartoon Network along side Yu-Gi-Oh. 2003 had the final season of Johto, and the final movie released in theaters. 2004 aired the finale of Johto and the beginning of the Hoenn region, along with the start of the movies being DVD exclusive. 2005 had the middle of Hoenn, the end of the weekday run on KWB, and the first (and so far only) Pokemon movie to air on TV before it's DVD release.
Now, in 2006 so far, we've had a Pokemon series that previously aired in the UK finally air in the US, two America-exclusive specials, a new dub, the start of movie dubs being released by Viz Media, and the final episodes that 4Kids dubbed.
These are those final episodes.
