I realize it has just been around for three weeks, but I think that this has potential. What would you change to make the network better?

-First off, would be to go five days a week on i, instead of just on Friday. The network needs something stable to air, to garner interest. Why not aim for younger viewers and animation fans?

-Second, since it'd be sure to cover the three hour rule on i they could air some non-e/i cartoons. Rocky and Bullwinkle, Medabots, Eek! the Cat, Woody Woodpecker... c'mon, the libraries of Classic Media, NBC Universal, and Nelvana you've gotta air this stuff!

-Third, acquire some shows that they don't already have the rights to. The New Adventures of Winnie the Pooh would make this network perfect. The Book of Virtues would work too. And they could also show on NBC.

-Fourth, new theme song. Period.

So what changes would you make?

I wish there was a spin-off Qubo cable channel to carry all the Qubo shows plus other cartoons and kid shows from the NBC/Universal (like Woody Woodpecker, Beethoven, and Earthworm Jim), Classic Media (like Underdog, Casper, and Bullwinkle), and Nelvana (like Care Bears - That's an E/I condender for Qubo too!), and, as I said in a past thread, NBC/Universal could buy Cookie Jar or strike a deal with Cookie Jar so it could air on the new Qubo channel the library of past and present Cinar/Cookie Jar shows (like Stop the Smoggies, Adventures of the Little Koala, Busy World of Richard Scarry, Little Lulu Show, and, yes - Marc Brown's Arthur!)

Where on Earth is Carmen Sandiego? would also be a nice edition. Especially now when geography skills are down the tubes.
