I have read on here that there is a scene in Porky's Railroad where a black stereotype is seen after the Silver Fish scatters a pile of logs. Well, I checked my copy of the cartoon, but I couldn't find this scene. So my question is, where does this happen in the cartoon?

Is your copy the redrawn colorized version? If you do, then there are two scenes missing. One is the scene you already mentioned (it occurs as soon as the race starts, btw), and there's a scene where the Silver Fish goes through a tunnel so fast he turns it inside out (this scene occurs before the part with the lady fish who comments, "Oh, boy! Whatta man!")

Do other redrawn versions also missed scenes?

The redrawn version of "The Daffy Doc" removes Daffy's "consultation" with himself and also some of the chase scenes.
I'm not sure, but I think the redrawn "Porky's Road Race" has the Stepin Fetchit caricature edited out.
