I wanted to tape last weekend's eps, but couldn't find the time to set the VCR up (I've gotta get a DVR!) :crying:

Did anyone else watch it (most of you fortunate to have Boomerang anyway)? What did you think of it?

It was funny but cheesy, but so are most older cartoons. I remember seeing it a few times as a kid. But I'm not sure how much it was aired during the 80's because I don't remember it very well.

Finally got a chance to watch the show (switched days off with a co-worker). Yes, it's just as funny and cheesy-looking as ever, but I think it could do with a $million or so's worth of digital restoration...Hopefully in time for the "Thermo-Nuclear Plutonium-Insulated 40th Anniversary Edition" U.S. DVD release of the Batfink series. (Such a set is already out in the UK, where the show has a cult following.)

One major observation: Production Supervisor "Len Bird" is actually Ray Seti.
(Wonder if "Len Bird" is the animation equivalent of "Alan Smithee," as in "An Alan Smithee Film?" ).

Batfink has been showing on CBBC channel and the BBC for quite a while now.
That's what I like abouyt the BBC, they show plenty of classics.
