King Of Fighters 2006- Has anyone gotten the bonus anime DVD?

Gamestop's had signs for King Of Fighters 2006, saying that the "initial launch" will come with a "bonus Anime DVD", presumably of the Japanese cartoon of King Of Fighters that's out there now.

So, naturally, I preordered it hoping to guarantee my DVD.

It comes in today, and no DVD. The employee dug through all his shipments and couldn't find it. I open the package, and it wasn't in there or anything.

Any ideas or news?
