To my knowledge, there is no UA3 in the works. The animated features currently in development are Dr. Strange and Iron Man. There are others planned, including Young Avengers.

Freak Young Avengers! Why are us 70s,80s classic 616 Avengers fans always getting screwed over in the animation world when it comes to what era of Avengers gets the animation treatment?! All these studios wanna cater to is todays fans & screw us older Avengers fans!
Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed & bought the UA DTV movies & I'm not even a fan of the comic, but c'mon now, how about coming out with a DTV movie about the classic Avengers in the 616 universe & have then battling either the Zemo led Masters of evil or Perez Ultron? That would rock & I'm sure tons of Avengers fans from all eras would enjoy them!

Honestly, I think the reason they avoid a straight forward Avengers DVD is because the property has been deemed less marketable by the current Marvel brass. This is just a conjecture, but it's based on Marvel's recent attempts to deviate from the Avengers norm.
Unfortunately for fans of the 616, old-school Avengers, Ultimates, New Avengers and Young Avengers all seem to be outselling the pre-disassembled Avengers on the comics rack. Of course, part of that is better marketing.
For the record, the Young Avengers DTV is not new news. There is even a speculation thread on this forum dedicated to it.

Of course, the UA, NA & YA are outselling the classic 616 Avengers is on account of Marvel & the current Avengers crew just catering to kids born in 90' or later! They could give a crap about us ol' school 70s, 80s Avengers fans. They hype those 3 titles like they never did the classic Avengers. The only reason, New Avengers is so popular is cuz Marvel decided to throw into the team , their two most popular iconic characters, Spiderman & Wolverine! Neither of which, IMO rates to be called an Avenger! Wolverine is X-men property all the way & belongs on that team & Spiderman works alot better as a solo hero & not as a team player.Same goes for Luke Cage.
