Duane "The Dog" Chapman, Noted Reality Show Bounty Hunter, was Arrested today by Authorities in Honolulu, Hawaii.

The reason for his arrest is because Mexican Officials said that his Capture of Max Facotr Heir, and Serial Rapist, Andrew Luster, and has been charged with so called "Kidnapping" which is a misdemeanor in Mexico.

Mexican Officials have the Warrants, they have the reasoning and they've charge him with Kidnapping the Rapist who was evading flight from American Law Enforcement Officials.

It was "Dog's" capture of Luster that helped launch him on to A&E's now popular show, Dog The Bounty Hunter ... (http://www.aetv.com/dog_the_bounty_hunter/)

And it's not Only Dog that's under arrest, His son Leland and his associate who runs the bounty Hunting COmpany Located in Honolulu, Tim Chapman, also on the same charges. All three are in the Federal Prision in Honolulu Hawaii.

Now I've Seen ''Dog' on TV, I've seen a few of his shows, and really this guy isn't that bad. But now it seems another so called "Hero" who fights for Law Enforcement as a Bounty Hunter, is taken dog and Charged as a Common Criminal.

But Let's hear the folks thoughts on this....

I was listening to Fox News and in fact they had another "Bounty Hunter" on and in fact here's where Dog Got himself into Trouble

In Mexico, Bounty Hunting is Illegal, in fact the only people who could go after Fugitives are in fact the FBI (who have branches of their Offices in different Countries. Now the FBI had a Lead on Luster (The Serial Rapist) and could have acted on it. but didn't do so. (In Short the FBI knew the Criminal was there but didn't start to act on it because of the thought that the lead would have been "False"

But Dog didn't follow guide lines and in fact what happened is that withut notifying the FBI In Mexico he in the fact broke the law. so in a way Mexico has Dog Dead to Rights. (and in fact the bounty hunter talking to the report had even advised Dog to get a lawyer.

See this is why I say, If you ever become a Bounty hunter, be sure to check all the Rules and Regulations. Else you will end up in trouble like Dog Did.

I remember reading about Dog and his team catching Lester (way to go, Dog!) and getting in trouble with the Mexican government in the process, but I thought the case had since been worked out or something.

Nope It wasn't... in fact one of the reasons Dog Needed to be careful here is because Bounty Hunting in Mexico is Illegal. Only FBI Agents could do this and had he worked with the FBI in Mexico he wouldn't be in trouble. of course I think this won't change Luster's Prison Time either (Being this was an "Illegal" Capture.

but Like I said, 'Dog' should have gotten a Lawyer immediately after this capture and had brought the issue to a close. but since he didn't it came back to haunt him.
