YEA!!! It's finally snowing! I LOVE snow. :D Do you? And what's the weather in your neck of the woods?

It's snowing here, too. I love it when it snows. Winter is actually my favorite season. :)

Winter is my favorite, too, Sango. Along with spring, summer, and fall. Oh, wait, that's all of them. What can I say? Each of the seasons have their good points.

we also got quite a few inches. I don't like it too much, but we really needed it!

They're expecting a few inches here on Long Island in New York.

Yeah, we're just starting to get the lightest flurries here in Mass. We already have some snow on the ground from last week. We should be getting another few inches from this storm. I love snow. :D

I'm in shorts right now. Boy, don't I loooove New Mexico. Home of the 70-degree Christmas! I wore shorts on Christmas this year, can you believe it?! AHH! We've only had one week of snow this year(and it was actually generous, too...). But, from here on out, I'll be in shorts daily! :p

Snow, snow, and s'more snow. :) I love snow, especially at night. You can actually see stuff. >grins< The only thing that sucks is when I have to go out to take out the trash and I manage to get snow in my shoes. >frowns< I hate that. Other than that, I can dig it.

Dammit, it sucks, t hough. I only moved here two months ago. Last year, this place had like two feet before Christmas, which was odd, but they always had snow before Christmas. We get here, and it rains. Again. Dammit. >sighs< Oh well. >looks out the window and grins< Snow! Sweeeeeet! :D

Lower Michigan's got about 2 inches, and it's fading fast.

This winter has been quite mild (THANK GOD, I hated last winter so much, it was so harsh). I wonder what next year has in store for us?

Don't get me started on the amount of snow here. *grumble grumble*

(Actually it's been pretty mild so far. There's only about five or six inches, where as by now, there's usually three feet :P)

We got about 11 inches, but it wasn't heavy snow.

We had so much snow yesterday that I was involved in a car accident. I'm fine, but the car may be totaled. Yay, snow...

I don't know how many inces of snow I got At my place. It's fading fast. But THANK GOD it finally snowed!

P.S. no one asked, but I don't belive the "snowflake theroy".

It snowed all day yesterday, and I have a three-day weekend. As my friend says, snow on vacation is useless snow.

I don't know how much we got. It might be 3 or 4 inches. Doesn't matter. I'm still going to have to take mid-terms on Tuesday.

Yesterday...it snowed! Unfortuantly, being in good old Delaware, home of the never appearing snow season, it melted off by the end of the day. Killjoy. :P

Be happy if you get snow, my friends. I only get about a day's worth of snow a YEAR!

I have a real hard time buying the snow flake theory too. Of all the snow flakes that have fallen in this world ever since the weather conditions allowed for snow on this planet, you mean to tell me that there have been NO duplicated snow flakes???

Reminds me of the old Peanuts cartoon where Lucy is catching snow flakes on her hand then excitedly announced to Linus that she found two that were exactly the same. Linus runs up there anticipating seeing this rare find but when he gets to Lucy, she says, "Sorry, they melted."

I saw that in "Life in hell."

And I pulled that on my sister about a decade-and-a-half ago.

Six inches in my neck o' th' woods (central KY). Which isn't too bad, but when all of your roads are built into the sides of steep hills, it gets reeeeeeally interesting.

And for all of you cheer-mongering snow lovers, don't make me dig out my old "I hate snow!" rant thread...

And remember... "snow" is another four-letter word that start with "S", but it doesn't deserve nearly as much respect. ;)

You may be right. I was going into the recesses of my dusty memory, which can be dangerous sometimes! :D But Lucy did have that kind of cruel humor. I could see her doing that...well, I did see her doing that in my memory!

I read somewhere that the snowflake thing was a myth. I think it was a book dedicated solely to proving myths to be false that I flipped thru in a bookstore.

It keeps snowing about 2-4 inches, and then melts away, leaving a blanket of green and brown to cover the land.
Three word summary: CRAPPY MICHIGAN WEATHER!
