There was an action cartoon on TV a while back. Maybe early 90s or late 80s. It had the typical two rival factions in this futuristic world. Thing is, it was covered by lava or something. They couln't go around on the ground. They had like laser zip lines that would go from one cliff to the next. The toys used neon string and you could hook it from one place to the other and zip line across. Does anyone remember this?
