I was wondering how would the DC universe being different today if Superman had stayed dead and Jean-Paul was still Batman. Has there been Elseworlds story like this?

Not that I know of, but I think there should be. It'd be cool to see just how different the DCU would be.

Yeah, I think it would be very interesting to see how the DCU would be different from those big events had Superman not return and Bruce never become Batman again. A series like this could deal with the legacy of these heroes after they have pass way or moved on.
