Comments?
"...We run." If escape was just the beginning, then the drama really begins tonight at 8 p.m. ET. When we last left Michael, Lincoln, Sucre, Abruzzi and C-Note they were running through a field trying to avoid the law after the plane left without them! Tonight we re-join them eight hours later. Invasion's Bill Fichtner joins the cast as FBI Agent Mahone, charged with tracking down the "Fox River Eight." This episode will re-air on Wednesday if you miss it tonight.

Awesome way to start off one of my fav shows on tv. Everything for me worked well. The new FBI agent was pretty cool, He barely had anytime for preperation and hes almost caught up to Scofield and crew. I felt bad that Veronica died but her role i guess was done, did they chop her up to pieces tho? I noticed quite a few bags being carried out of that house. And who doesnt love the misadventures of T Bag, wonder how well that hand is gonna be when hes having a vet do it, and without going under. Cant wait for the rest of this season.

Defenantly a good start to the season, and I'm shocked that they would of killed Veronica off. The new FBI agent had a good first appearance, and seeing him and Scofield match wits should be entertaining. Also curious about how there going to help Sara.
Good to see the stupid lawyer get what was coming to her. After all, breaking in by yourself with no guns to a guy whose supposed to be dead's mansion isn't that smart in the first place.

Very good episode. Enjoyed the pacing of it, and enjoyed the fact that Michael and co. now have an intelligent antagonist in the new FBI agent and not just the crooked CO's of Fox River...
Veronica, you knew her time on this earth was coming to a close... she knew far too much information regarding the whole situation. As soon as The Company could get to her, you knew she was dead.
Sara... surprised she's still alive (Possible DOA in the finale, remember). Still, nice to see that she's hanging in there and to see what's going to happen with her this season. Also nice to see that Michael feels bad for what he had to do to her.
Lincoln's Fast Growing Beard... he's been out of jail for 8 hours and his hair (face & head) has grown in quite quickly...
New Terrence... granted we didn't get too see much of his face in season 1, but I think this guy is playing the role kinda upbeat. Not how I would have imagined it... and not the way Billingsley played it in S1... wonder why the change.

I don't know why I found V's death a little comical. The way she called Linc saying she had saved the day while in the background you can clearly see the black suits and black car screaming "The Company is coming to pwn you". But then when I noticed that they had dismembered her body it bothered me a little bit. This company IS ruthless, but Veronica should have known something was up when she magically got a signal right after the Prez's brother told her she couldn't get one. I guess Mike and Linc will have to pick up where she left off and find the president's brother to get some answers.
Unbeleivable occurances: The escapees running the whole night from the cops, Lincoln's magical facial hair, and Michael's "rival" figuring everything out in matter of hours.
All in all a great season opener with some good twists, hope they can keep this up all season long like the 1st.

One thing bothered me, how did the BI agent get all those detailed pictures of Michael's tatoos? Did they photographed his entire body in prison? I think not.

This post doesn't mean I'm back yet---it only means I had the time today to wait two hours to get reserved use of a library computer.
I had to say something.....this.....
AAAAHH!! RONNIE!!!
...There, I said it.
Ms. Nurse is willing to forgive a lot here. I can't remember if Scofield told her the ENTIRE plan, but is her continued devotion just blind love or does she know for a fact Lincoln is innocent? And this new detective's a little too on the ball to be believable. "So, it's not an address....IT MUST BE A NAME!" Um, that wouldn't be my second guess. Not even my ninth.

Well, when a Correctional Officer by the names of "Rivers" walks by... he's an FBI agent, he's paid more to think two steps ahead. Plus, he may not have been thinking it was a name, but was playing off on a hunch. Sure, he got very lucky... but it's possible that it could have failed to. I don't find it completely unbelievable that a Federal Agent would try any and all existing options...

Aw, I just thought about something. If Nick had went through with the plan to give Veronica to Abruzzi's people they BOTH (and his poor pops) might be alive right now. XD
Regarding the new detective, yeah it was a little bit far fetched that someone with the name "Rivers" would just walk by AND he would notice it. Meh, as long as they don't pull these things often I'm cool. Did anyone notice how that guy pulled Mike's arm to ask him the time? Yeah buddy, anyone pulling my arm like that and then asking the time is gonna get more than the time from me...

An okay start to Season Two...
- I should've assumed Michael had post-escape plans in place. And post-post ones, in case the original backfired or one of their chasers caught on.
- I'm not liking the FBI investigator only because he just seems to be catching on to every single move Michael has made so far. Sure, this makes the chase more intense, but I just think right now it's being made too easy.
- Veronica, Veronica... well, she should've been offed at the end of Season 1, so it's made up by... offing her to start Season 2. Given where the plot might have gone (i.e. Veronica and Steadman stuck in a secluded house for weeks upon weeks...), I can live with her being gone.
- Other Quick Notes: Dr. Tencredi survives her OD, T-Bag looking for help reattaching his hand, graveyard digging...
7 out of 10 for "Manhunt."
