Maxie's site (http://anbat.toonzone.net) has a bunch for each episode (he might still be working on TNBA though, I'm not 100% sure) plus a lot of other misc. ones as well.

I don't know what show DVD grabs you're looking for specifically though, so I can't really point you to any other sites other than Maxie's or TitansGo.net for some TT grabs...
