Anyone have any friends that will be friends forever? Boast about them here, how they are deserving to get that label. I have yet to find any of those friends, sadly  .Maybe in a few weeks.

my bestest friend in the whole entire universe and who still is and always will be is Najwa. we practically grew up together, helped raised kittens together, gossiped together, played together, cried together, laughed like idiots for no particualr reason together, sang together (i remember the last day i ever saw her, we sat in my car up in the mountains and shared memories then started singing old Backstreet Boys songs and tried to remember the lyrics to "when you say nothing at all" which took us like 30 minutes hehe) swam laps together, hiked together, biked together, pitched tents together. i'm surprised we're not joined at the hip :p.
i miss her like hell and i hope we would meet again back in the beautiful mountains of Lebanon just like we always did every summer till 2 years ago.
she is the bestest friend i could ever have. :anime:

I will have known by best friend, Oscar, for 13 years this September. We met during the first week of our Freshman year of high school and have been through a lot together over all that time. I can't imagine that we'll ever drift apart and not be friends. (Unfortunately, many of the friends I grew up with and thought I'd be friends with forever I haven't seen or heard from since high school graduation, and I had known many of them since Kindergarten and 1st grade.)

You can't predict anything. You could go survive a war with a friend only to drift away later in life.

I've been friends with Cynthia since kindergarten and even though I moved halfway across the country, we're still in contact. She was like my sister, we were together so much when we were younger. Her mother is my "other mother," as she likes to say. My other friend from Atlanta, Katie, I haven't talked to in ages but I still consider us friends; we met in second grade.
Then there's Pavielle, who is my best friend from Montana. We met in 8th grade and drifted apart for the first couple of years of high school, but found each other again junior year and have been REALLY close since. From Montana there is also Angela, who I also met in 8th grade. We're not as close as Pavielle and I are (and I didn't see her all summer, though not for lack of trying), but she's still really important to me.
I <3 my friends and am sad that I'm away from all of them now that I'm at school.
