Ok, will the address just move or will this be like moving to all new boards again where we all start from scratch? I'm kind confused.

It says "physically moved," so I'm assuming we won't see any changes on our end except for the down times.

Yup, exactly what Maxie said. The server will be powered down, unplugged, loaded on a truck, driven a few miles, taken off the truck, reconnected, and powered up. So when you can't access the site, think of the server and all our posts being driven by some Teamster, and pray that he doesn't crash and destroy it all!
