Can you imagine if you were a Billionaire? And bought out Warner. You could finance and green-light any project. What would you do?
Myself-
-Finance more Timm DCAU show/dtv's.
-Greenlight a Justice League live action movie. And not cheap out on the f/x and hire comic fan writers to create it.
-Create a Dr.Mid-Nite movie or show...Sorry personal bias. :p

I would create the DC channel, where everything DC related is shown, and even make DC-related documentaries and some DTVs.... but not those cheap ones at SciFi, I mean GOOD DTVs.
I'd blow a few thousand on books, DVDs, and video games, buy a mansion, a private jet and a limo, build a small zoo to house my far-too-numerous pets and hire somebody to take care of them. The mansion would house a private movie theater, a resturant with a five-star chef, and a library to house my huge collection of books.
I'd probably give a few million to charity and stuff, too. (I do have a conscience, albeit a small one;) )

If I had Bruce Wayne's money? It'd be booze, broads and blow (nose candy), 24/7 bro.
Word.
I agree.

First Order of Business: Hey, is that an unresolved cliffhanger? EAT DTV!! (I'll also do my best to pressure other studios to do the same.)
Second Order of Business: Hey, is that a worthy charity that will actually have lasting effects in the long run? EAT MONEY!!
This, in combination with First Order of Business, should give me a reasonable fanbase even outside of Warner aficionados. Thus established, I'll make the surely-controversial decision to set a standard for children's television: earn ratings and sell toys if you will, but any given show must have at least some level of complexity and depth. I believe that children are our future, and a lot of these cartoons aren't helping. If anyone under my power tries to get cute about this admittedly subjective standard, I will revive the Animaniacs and make him/her their special friend.
And by night, I will fight crime as the superhero Warning.

Well, I would pay medical bills, buy a nice house, find a producer and restart the DCAU. Make some JL movies to come out directly to theaters, and use the money to stop the violence in Israel and Iraq. I don't know if that is possible.

BRING BACK BATMAN BEYOND!!!!!
then split the money, some to college, some to charities, non-profit organizations(ASPCA and the like), to my dad's company, keep my mom happy, get my brother out my hair by moving to a new apartment, and finally start making that new Batsuit of mine :p ... juuuuuust kidding..
oh and
BRING BACK BATMAN BEYOND!!!! and Bruce Timm animated DCAU cartoons and probably create a Flash animated show (same concept and animation scheme like JLU though) and CANCEL The Batman show since i despise it! (oh for heaven's sake give Joker some shoes!!!!!)
voila!
EDIT: finally bring my fanfics to like if, no WHEN, Batman Beyond comes back on the air....

Ugh, that's terrible. Children are starving to death around the world...we have enough greedy pigs in the upper class. I hope YOU don't find that dough...
I'm usually more worried when I have money than when I don't, because when I do I'm always sweating about what to spend it on and if I make a mistake.
So, multiply that times a billion and I might die from the ulcer.
But some of the things I would definitely do would be to launch all the creative business ventures I've dreamed of doing but haven't had the cash or the connections to accomplish.
Many people who have won the lottery end up blowing it within a year, mainly because everybody they have ever met in their life shows up and begs for a piece of it. Usually the winners are soft old country folk who can't say no.
