What of "Peter Pan And The Pirates"?

Was that owned by Saban at the time of Disney purchasing the shows? If so, I'm wondering if they would possibly air it as part of Jetix. The only reason I don't think it would be possible is due to already owning their Peter Pan/Return To Neverland.

Any comments on the topic?

As I've said before on the subject, Disney may not want to confuse kids with two different Peter Pans being in the public eye. Same reason why Saban's Little Mermaid may never be shown the light of day eather.

The Fox version probably wasn't owned by Saban. The dub was owned by Southern Star during the Fox Kids days instead.

I also look forward to seeing it on Jetix, but as Veemonjosh says, Disney doesn't want to confuse anyone with two versions of Peter Pan, so I'm counting on either Toonami or Adult Swim or even Nickelodeon to broadcast the Fox version of Peter Pan. I don't want 4Kids to place their grimy, vile, cliche-obssessed hands on Peter Pan & The Pirates. It would be a disaster if 4Kids were to touch Peter Pan & The Pirates.

4Kids' channel played Back to the Future for a short while. (I'm pretty sure that it wasn't an affliate-exclusive deal, either, because there was a topic about it)

4K!ds has said they want to get away from anime and go to their own shows in an official press release (though it hasn't stopped them from renewing what Animes they do currently have).

Back to the Future, Pirate Islands, GI Joe Sigma 6, and Stargate Infinity are just a few shows that 4K!ds has aquired that they don't own the rights to though to air on 4K!ds TV/ Fox Box at one time or another.

As far as Fox's Peter Pan and the Pirates goes, I'd rather see it get a proper DVD release than have it air on Jetix (unless Jetix goes 24/7).
