Some of this information was posted a few days ago, but while browsing at Jerry Beck's site, I read your question about the Bugs Bunny Show and it got me thinking.
About ten years ago I ordered a videotape of TBBS from a guy who had a website offering vintage TV shows.
There are four episodes on the tape, show numbers 5, 13, 20 and 24, all in b/w. I'm guessing the source materials were actual TV station prints as there are some splices, a ten count before each episode and the ABC station I.D. at the end. It also includes commercials for Tang and Post cereals - featuring Bugs, Daffy, and the gang, and near complete versions (without opening or end titles) of Mississippi Hare and Dog Gone South.
I wish I could find the hand-typed catalog the guy sent me, because he had other episodes of the show for sale, as well as the banned stuff and Paramount/Columbia rarities.
My question is this - do you and I have the SAME tape?
