I had to do a project for a class where the object was to do a symbolic self portrait of yourself. IE something that represented you but wasn't a realistic self-portrait. So I decided to use a type of creature from a story that's been cooking in my brain for a while. Hope you enjoy the sketch. C&C always welcome.

Hands and proportions are nice and the medium and use of shading actually hides the character somewhat making him sinister before we get a look at his face. Nice work.
