CN Latin America is going to air the Scooby Doo first live-action movie four times during the next week (http://www.yucatan.com.mx/noticia.asp?cx=13$0000000000$3336668&f=20060723). I don't know if they will follow the CN US trend or something temporary, but still.

What kinda weird is that over here Nick(CN's Main Rival) aired the 1st live action Scooby Doo Movie last year instead of CN. ABC Family also aired it a couple of months ago.
