I haven't seen anyone else mention it so I will.
At the comic shop I saw this new magazine called Rough Stuff, and it's all skecthes and art from different creators, and the first issue features Bruce Timm. There's Batgirl on the cover and 13 pages of the book dedicated to him and his work. It's a fun little companion book to have alongside Modern Masters III and Batman Animated, and it's only $6.99, check it out.

Thanks for the heads-up :) It sounds like it's worth checking out.

I haven't found it yet. Is there anything notable in there (you know -- full-color Question sketch, Batman punching out the Midnighter from The Authority, etc.)?

I think I was lucky to find it myself, it was the only copy on the shelf where I found it. Here's all of whats in there:
A color picture of Batgirl swinging on the cover
Some pre-BTAS Joker sketches he drew while he was trying to get the style down
A full page Flash Gordon scene with a bellydancer
A page of random heads
A full page pic of Lashina in a fancy pose
Some nameless girl in a polka dot bikini
A character study of Etrigan the Demon (a full shot of his whole body surrounded by sketches of his arms, gead, poses and expressions)
A doodle of Superman vs. Jax-Ur and Mala
2 sketches he did for Hardboiled magazine
A frankenstien head
A picture of Simon Garth the zombie
Some Fantastic Four drawings (a few Reed Richards, a page of Johnny Storm, a page of the Thing)
A picture of Wolverine vs. Hulk
and it ends with an ad for Modern Marvels.
Aside from the cover, the entire book is black and white, I think the only drawings in there that were also in Modern Masters were the Joker heads...it also features a bunch of other artists...John Byrne, Alan Davis, George Perez, Kevin Nowlan, Garcia-Lopez, Arthur Adams and Walter Simonson are on the cover as well. It's distributed by BackIssue.
Also, a little off topic, in Wizard #179 they had an article on the top 50 fights of all time, and coming in at #14 is Black Canary, Hawkgirl, and Vixen vs Wonder Woman in JLUs Grudge Match. The didn't credit Huntress in the title but they mention her in the paragraph about it.

I can't find it anywhere!
It doesn't help that I don't know what the book looks like or is it a magazine dedicated to Bruce Timm ART!?

Here's its listing at the TwoMorrows site:
Rough Stuff (http://twomorrows.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=378&zenid=b5b3dc7ee38c97176d887ec7bbb9ba5d)
This just came out. It's so new even the TwoMorrows comic-con booth didn't have it until Sat when it was supposed to be there for the show's opening. But it's out now, so ask your retailer to order it.

And here's another one you'll be interested in too:
Back Issue #17 (http://twomorrows.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=54&products_id=373)
It has a BT cover and 8 colour pages inside--all super girlies!

I'll have to pick up that Back Issue today...
And yeah, the issue of Rough Stuff has only been out for seven days, so it's in no danger of vanishing.
