You remember Rodger Rabbit right? Called by one critic "the Citizen KAne of Cartoons" Well I have an idea for an animated series basd on it.

It takes place in modern times. Eddie Valliant's grandson is about to enter the family buisiness allong with Rodger (Who joined Eddy as his partner in the 1950's when his short series was cancelled) at his side. Unfortunately, Eddie Jr.Jr. is very reluctant to join the family buisiness. But then a case comes up that the fate of the world depends on (Which of course would be the pilot episode)
Basically the show would be centering around certain mysteries in Toontown. And also, quite often, the show would satirize current events in the world of animation. Some examples of episode ideas would be...

-Mandy (From Grim Adventures) becoming president and a trail of murders leading up to Mandy, who is actually the Antichrist (Comeon, everyone whose watched the show knows that she is, expecially in the Nanny episode). This is the pilot episode.

-The silent cartoons coming out of the vault and slowly strangulating Toontown in scilence (And black and white).

-THe Cartoon network characters forming a union, which leads to them being replaced by live action shows (the mystery involves strikebreakers)

-Nickelodeon's most popular stars being murdered (Jimmy Neutyron, timmy Turner and Danny Fenton are murdered, explaining their shows cancellation)(Toons in this show are murdered using darts filled with Dip).

-A case in the Anime section of Toontown

-Something involving hate crimes by CG toons against Cell-Animated toons. As a joke, the FOsters characters are split between groups.\

-Someting involving Loonatix.

Anyway, Rodger would be unaged, because Toons don't age.

What do you think of this idea?

:EDIT: ALso, I know that it would be prohibitively expensive to do it like the movie with real live action actors for the Humans, so what I'd propose would be a very realistic artstyle for the humans.

It would NEVER happen...

But, you SHOULD write stories about this (perhaps on the Story Board).

So, what would your idea for a Rodger Rabbit animated series be?

Also, do you know of a contact adress for Rob Iger, so that I can send him this idea?

I usually close threads like this on here because they're fan works. If you write a story, you can post it in the story board-- but otherwise, this doesn't really have a place here. If you've got a good idea, keep on working on it and maybe something will become of it if you develop it and contact the right people--- otherwise, closed.
