We have talked alot about what we thought worked really well in Marvel cartoons like alo tof the voice acting and the animation in certain episodes of the cartoons. But what didn't work in some of these shows? Was there something that just didn't seem right or was out of place? Like Doctor Strange guest starring in the 1990s Spider-Man cartoon for example? Anything that didn't strike you right for some of these shows?

I agree. I also think that live action movies based on the comic books or cartoons have ruinned it for the marvel cartoon industry. I speak from experince. (This may be a little off subject)

For an easy whipping horse, how about She-Hulk?
Dan Slott has mined She-Hulk character for one of the more consistent Marvel titles the passed few years. She has just as much potential as her cousin Bruce.
But Hulk: TAS turned her into a cringeworthy diva. She even had a generally capable voice actress (Cree Summer), but the writing was unforgiveable.
Looking back at some of the plot synopses for She-Hulkcentric episodes, they are so ridiculous that you think the editors must be kidding. For example, the whole Hulkie's angels thing? Blech. And when Dr. Doom tricked She-Hulk into thinking she was in a movie? That plot would have been silly in the 60s. It's awful now.
The character served an interesting counterpoint to Bruce in season one with the "gamma is a girl's best friend" mentality, but all hope was abandoned by season two.
The internalisation that S-M:TAS brought from the comics, where no over comic book character toon had dared to go before and since. It didn't work more times than it did work. Barnes is the best animated Spidey voice going around but his monologues got tired after a while, which wasn't his fault.

I'm not sure iuf that counts as an answer. My answer is against Evo Rogue killin (Well defeatin Apocalypse) I know I'm the only one who dislikes it but it feels overused I know the time travel stuff wasn't in Evo's logic but I miss Cable a lot.
No adults in S:NTAS That's just bad even if I like the series
The alien plots in X:TAS Specially the bvrood one.
The secret wars at the end of Spider man never seemed straighted to me Electro is another bad decition in that cartoon and an awesome good decition in TNAS
