Poll's are a hastle, so I wont make a poll. Anyway. Whats your favorite Pizza toppings?

I like Pepperoni's, sausage, beef, bell peppers, olives...and the greatest Pizza topping of all....Mushrooms...ahh yes...

Chicken and canadian bacon.

Bacon, hamburger, and cheddar cheese.

Some times sausage, but if I get a one topping pizza, it's Canadian bacon. If I get multi toppings, it's meat lovers all the way. I don't really go for vegetables on my pizza, but I can tolerate them depending on how it's cooked. I hate onions just thrown on the pizza but if they cook the onions with the meat, it's delicious.

For real you don't know, or are you being sarcastic? If not, it's kinda like ham. Lower fat than other bacon, and pepperoni.

Anyway, I have certain combos I like. For instance Canadian Bacon, and green olives. Or Black olives and pepperoni, or Italian sausage, onion and black olives.

How about breakfast pizza? I use Boboli pizza crust, make the sauce you use for eggs benedict as my pizza sauce, top it with scrambled eggs, ham (or sausage) and cheddar cheese. Try it, it's delicious.

I'll mostly eat everything on a pizza. I'm not very picky. I love green peppers. ^_^

I just dislike anchovies, pineapple, and hamburger, meatball on my pizza.

I'm either a plain pizza or meatball pizza man

Pineapple & sausage are my favorites

Papa Gino's used to have Hawaiian Chicken pizza...Pineapple, bacon & chicken...mmmm....but they don't have it anymore. :(

I tried anchovies over the summer, out of curiosity. It tasted like salty tuna, which to me is a bad thing. :P But I still ate a lot of it, cuz I'm not letting good pizza go to waste. Fortunately my dad finished it off.

Onions, jalapenos, Canadian bacon and pineapple. All four together, or mix-n-match.

Jalapenos huh....you & my father....

*waits for Maxie to politely remind him that Jalapenos aren't spicy*

Freaky, yet another person who's lived in El Paso!! And whose father loves jalapenos!

Anyhoo, I like pepperoni and/or LOTS of cheese on mine. I'll also eat sausage, canadian bacon, and barbecue chicken. Yum!

NO WAY! I grew up in El Paso!!! (Maxie's from El Paso's Northern Neighbor in New Mexico...)
=D

El Paso is cool...much betterer than here in Lubbock...or as I like to call it, Sticky Feed Lot City...

Hm, NF, I was wondering if "Canadian Bacon" was called such in Canada... guess not! So what is it up there, "piggy bits?" :p

As for me... cheese, glorious cheese! As many different blends, piled as high as the sky! If you eat it and it didn't play havok with your digestive system, then it wasn't cheesy enough.

And a bit of sausage and mushrooms for color.

Heh. You just got to concentrate them. I made a jalapeno salsa the other day. Combined 12 boiled jalapenos with 16 oz of pureed tomatoes. Whew! Toasty!

But I actually like the much milder Hatch chiles--jalapenos may have heat, but not the flavor. When back in NM I put green chiles on instead of jalapenos.

Mmmm. Hatch green chiles. :Homer drool:

I've never tasted an anchovy. Maybe I should try those lil' suckers.

I often just get plain cheese and sprinkle hot pepper flakes, italian blended spices and garlic powder on it.

-Spinach and garlic w/ tomato slices

-Sausage, mushrooms, peppers and onions

-Pepperoni and black olives

What toppings I like depends on the what kind of combinations.

For one topping pizzas:
Pepperoni
Mushrooms

Combination pizzas:
Supreme or Combo (which usually includes pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, bell peppers, onion, and black olives)
Vegetarian (onions, bell peppers, mushrooms, and black olives, if they have tomatos even better. Round Table's got a nice gourmet veggie with artichokes.)

Specialty pizzas (the more unusual or ritzy stuff):
BBQ Chicken Pizza
Hawaiin
Rosemary Chicken and Potato

Two pizza restaurants I really like that aren't fast food chains are BJ's and California Pizza Kitchen. :D

I've heard of it before, but I just assumed it meant ordinary bacon, and then I wondered, why would they bother calling itCanadian bacon then? Canadian bacon is the same as American bacon.... unless the pigs spoke Quebecois French when they were alive or something...

I like all kinds of meats on my pizza, but my favorite pizza combination (which I don't eat too often because of money) is what I term a "PBS Special".

PBS stands for "Pepperoni-Bacon-Sausage"...I like it nice and greasy, washed down with root beer or something caffeine-free.

Sincerely,

John "Captain Caps" Kilduff

Hold your breath.

I've been wanting to try jalepenos on pizza for decades. It sounds very good, especially since I like spicy foods. I can't always handle all of them, but I like spicy foods. I actually once tried another pepper at a friend's house. It was green, and she told me it was almost as spicy as a jalepeno.....

Whoops. Uh, you weren't supposed to hold your breath for that. :o Okkay, start over:

Hold your breath.

I actually like to take the cheese off first. Then I eat the bread with the sauce, then the cheese by itself. Actually, a local bakery sells pizza with no cheese at all, which I actually like better. I like the cheese on the pizza, but not that much.

Wait, keep holding your breath; it looks really cool when you turn purple. :D

Pineapple on pizza is a crime against nature.
