Does anyone know this kid? He get in a lot of trouble, and is a major headcase, always brooding, and finding trouble. But such a talented actor.
Sounds like a perfect Bruce Wayne to counter Clark's boyscout personality. Dont you think??

I'm a little confused by your logic, HH. Tom Welling is an actor, he may not actually behave like a boyscout, therefore the actor who plays Bruce Wayne would not have to be a trouble maker. That's why they're actors.
Besides when he was younger, Bruce probably would have been kind of somber, because his parents had been killed about 8 or 9 years before. That and he's being raised by an English butler
Also I haven't heard much from Brad Renfro since he did "Tom & Huck" for Disney in 1995. I also looked at his pictures on IMDB, he looks drunk in just about all of them! I wouldn't want to hire someone like that.
If and when Bruce appears on Smallville, I expect him to be the best out of an open casting call like Clark was.
But then again that's just what I think.

Smallville is doing really great (although slightly less great than I originally hoped) and a successfull Bruce Wayne appearance would SO raise the show up even higher.
But to make SURE it was absolutely perfect, I'd also want a nice big casting call. Spare NO expense!

This is straight from a friend of a friend at WB
There are plans in the second season to bring in Bruce.
He'll be a year or two at most older than Clark and "will be passing through"
also other Heroes being considered are
Diana
Arthur (Aqua man)
John Henry (Steel)
Smallville is an else world btw only in the sense of its dealing with Superman's past.
or so says my source
