I'll fancy it up later, but don't forget that "Koragg's Trial", the newest episode of Mystic Force, premieres this Saturday on ABC Family, not Monday on Toon Disney.

didn't feel like a clip show at all, in fact it was barely one,

it was pretty good, but i am so bored of that new 'villian', Morticon seemed a lot more interesting and interacted much better.

Here's the world of breaking up the leaders:
Morticon- Allow me to break free and serve the master by taking over the world.

Imperious- I will take out the Master by releasing the most powerful monsters possible to destroy the Rangers, and then using their combined power to destroy the Master.

While this episode did have some clip shot moments, it also advanced the plot. The Rangers showed they could defintley contend with Koragg with their new legend forms and legend megazord. They also showed that despite being sick, they're a team to contend with. The paint scenes were hillarious, and Koragg's agony was advaned by him remembering a baby in a red blanket that looks an awful lot like our Red Rangers baby blanket- furthering the idea that Koragg and Udonna are husband and wife while Nick/ Bowen is their son. It was ironic that he remembered that after "The Master" gave him back his full magic and what might be more power.

A clipshow that advanced plot at the same time. If only more shows were like that...

More fuel for the Koragg is Nick's dad theory, don't really need any more for Udonna being mommy.

Despite the powers turning me off (rotary phones?...) I almost didn't notice for the story going on.

Koragg's whole honor thing is starting to become annoying. It's fine to have an evil character that fights fair (it doesn't make much sense, but I'll live with that). My problem is that Koragg has to use the word 'honor' in every other sentence. Unless we're in for a big surprise, he's not supposed to be a Klingon.

As usual, too little Toby, but I'll take what I can get. Another great scene...

Yeah, the rotary number thing looks out of place, but at least no one said "whoa, level 3!" in response to just dialing a number this week.

The only good clip show is a non-clip show. That doesn't make any sense, but this episode was about as far from a clip show as clip shows get, so I guess it applies.

On a side note, the next new episode, Heir Apparent I, airs during a soccer marathon this Saturday (6:30 PM). From the preview, it doesn't look much like it's soccer or sport related.

1622 - Heir Apparent, I (TD: Sat., July 29, 6:30PM) (Fam: Sun., July 30, 10:30AM)
1623 - Heir Apparent, II (TD: Friday, Aug 11, 8PM) (Fam: Aug 12, 10AM)
1624 - The Light (TD: Aug 14, 7PM) (Fam: Aug 26, 10AM)
1625 - The Hunter (TD: Aug 20, 9:30PM) (Fam: Not Airing?)

Regarding the Rotary Phone thing-

Blame Magiranger. The Magiranger's Legendary Mode was the more powerful version, based on ancient legends of Magitopia or something. The Dialrods were the precursor to the Magiphone, just like how a rotary phone was the precursor to the cell phone.
