Here are the rest of the lucky winners:

LOS ANGELES (Hollywood Reporter) - Kelsey Grammer has added a fifth Emmy to his collection, this time for his voice-over work on Fox's animated comedy "The Simpsons."
The Academy of Television Arts & Sciences on Wednesday announced the winners in several categories of the 58th annual Emmy Awards that don't go through a nomination process and are decided by juries of members from the respective academy branches.
Grammer earned his first Emmy in the outstanding voice-over performance category for his recurring role as criminal mastermind Sideshow Bob on "The Simpsons." His Emmy haul already includes four prizes for his work as Dr. Frasier Crane on "Frasier."
The TV Academy also awarded Emmys to the costume designers on Fox's "Mad TV," PBS' "Benise: Nights of Fire!" and ABC's "Dancing With the Stars," as well as the animators of the Hippo Dance segment of HBO's "Classical Baby 2," Nickelodeon's "Escape From Cluster Prime," and Cartoon Network's "Robot Chicken," "The Life and Times of Juniper Lee," "Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends" and "The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy."

Wait... is this a first time thing?

I've never heard of a best voice-over emmy before this...

I've never heard of a best voice-over emmy before this... Nope, this has been going for some time now. Previous winners in this category include Pamela Segall (KOTH), Hank Azaria (Simpsons), and Seth MacFarlane (Family Guy).

Hmm. What episode is this for? Or is it just a general thing? I suppose "The Italian Bob" would be eligible... Not that the episode itself deserves an Emmy, but I guess nothing was wrong with his acting.

Bravo Mr Grammer. As long as the writers continue to bring back Sideshow Bob, I'm ok w/ The Simpsons carrying onward. We need a Sideshow Bob smilie...or scowlie.

Grammer indeed won his Emmy for his work in The Italian Bob episode. Well, he didn't win it yet- it will be awarded at the Creative Arts Emmy ceremony next month.

Any joy I could get out of Hank Azaria and Kelsey Grammer winning is devoured by the fact that Jim Cummings hasn't won yet. =(

A job well done as well! Anyone know how long it's taken him to get this (i.e. how long he's had this role )?

(PS Hi Aldrius :))

If anything, Kelsey Grammar deserves a Lifetime Achievement award for playing the part of Sideshow Bob.

I mean, honestly. Who will ever forget his rendition of H.M.S. Pinafore?

Sideshow Bob's first appearance was in "Krusty Gets Busted," a first-season episode which aired in 1990.

I'm glad he won. He joins Marcia Wallace and Jackie Mason as guest stars who have won Emmys for their work on the show. All of the main cast aside from Harry Shearer have won Emmys.

Has anyone from daytime toons ever won the thing? Cause there are a lot of VA`s more deserving of that award then people in primetime shows.

Yeesh.

If anyone deserves a voice acting Emmy, it would be Grey DeLisle.
