This was actually kicking around in my head for a while. During Infinite Crisis, I decided I wanted all the George Perez covers, and it didn't take a whole lot of effort to tell the difference between him and Jim Lee.

However, I recently read Superman/Batman #26 (the one with a whole mess of writers and artists), and I couldn't keep up. Some of them were more easy to recognize than others. I could pick out Jim Lee, Tim Sale, Rob Liefeld, Jeff Matsuda, and John Cassady pretty easily. Their styles are distinctive enough, but I didn't recognize Joe Mad or Carlos Pacheco until I saw the credit page and went back and looked at them. And I LIKE Carlos Pacheco (moreso than Liefeld, for instance).

So I guess what I'm saying is, I'm not as good at recognizing artists as I thought I was. How good are the rest of you?

Can tell Bogdanove's version of Superman (from the 90's), and (sometimes) recognize Jim Lee's art.

Among classic artists, can recognize the artwork of Kurt Schaffenberger, Curt Swan, Wayne Boring, and Carmine Infantino, as well as Mike Sekowsky. On the Marvel side, there's Jack Kirby...

I think I can only really pick out Jim Lee and Alex Ross, probably because they're my favorites.
