Is it just me, or does this movie have the worst advertising I've ever seen?
"You're a serious player...." in the whitest voice possibly conceivable by man.
"You BET you should lie your butt off."
And then that stupid little "John....Tucker.....must......die!"
When I went to see Superman they showed THREE friggin back to back commercials all with the same format. That stupid quiz thing with the same guy.
And AS, Comedy Central, etc etc is showing this god damn commercial every SINGLE commercial break.
I almost feel like trying to boycott this thing simply for driving me mad.
You know this'll become the "****ty commercials on [as]" thread, right?
I agree though. It's just another generic romantic comedy. My sister wants to see it, though...she's 16. Go figure.
Um, what does this have to do with Adult Swim?

I actually thought the commercial looked kind of neat. I'm not gonna go see it, but if I ever get the chance to watch it for free I'll definitely watch it. The commercial looks a lot better than the commercial, for say, Failure to Launch. Why didn't anyone complain about that trailer?

This commerical annoyed me so much it forced me to look up in a dictionary what a trifecta was.

The John Tucker Must Die trailers are not the worse trailers ever, but they are getting annoying. Little Man has to be the worst. I think [adult swim] even helped out on one of their commericals.
Those trailers that are shown throughout the [adult swim] commericals is to target the audience that is watch the block. I mean those movies are geared toward the 18-34 crowd.

Oh, and one commercial I'm growing tired of is the trailers for "Monster House". It makes me want to "throw up in some tin-foil and eat it", as the commercials enjoy saying. :moon2:

How can you guys complain about the John Tucker movie?! Have you SEEN the girl on girl kiss?! It's so HAWT! I can't get enough of it, honestly. Adult Swim should air that continuously for 15 minutes every night before I go to bed

Maybe they're trying to attract a gay audience...though, I'm not even sure a gay person would find Eric sticking his balls in Tim's face to be attractive. I mean, Tim and Eric don't seem very attractive. Not that I know, I mean, I'm not gay.
