I'd have to say......no. Lois and Clark all the way baby! Augh...speaking of Lana and Clark though, I have another 2 agonizing hours till the new Smallville episode!!!

No, they won't. But, as I have said before. Lana fell in love with Clark, who happens to be Supes. While Lois fell in love with Supers, who happens to be Clark.

In the comics Lana is married. And ofcourse Supes is married to Lois.

Although ...

If were taking about the universe of "Smallville" maybee...

Slowly but surely events in "Smallville" are deviating outside
the scope of what we would consider Supermans
legitimate destiny.

Smallville is becoming less of the adventures of Clark Kent before
he became Superman and more of its own universe with its
own rules and consequences.

Half way through season one , is there any doubt in
anyones mind that Lex is going to figure out that Clark
has superhuman abilities? Is there any doubt that once
Clark dons a red cape and blue tights that Lex wouldnt be
able to conclude that his superhuman acquaintance clark
and the superhuman in tights are one and the same?

Obviously if in the Smallville universe we can have a reality
where Lex discovers Supermans biggest secret ...
perhaps we end up in a reality were Lana ends up with
Clark.

Perhaps in the Smallville reality Lois Lane is not even a factor in
Clarks life.

I propose this possible future ...

Lana and Clark do hook up... but Lana discovers Clarks secret
and eventually decides she cant share him with the world ..or
live w someone who constantly puts themselves in harms way ...
she lost her parents and cant imagine losing a husband so
the break up.

Perhaps its Chloe and not Lois Lane who ends up with a job
at the Daily Planet ... Perhaps Chloe who has spurred Clarks
interest in journalism in high school is the catalyst for him
becoming a reporter.

In the smallville universe perhaps its not the reporting team
of Lane & Kent - but rather Clark & Chloe.

I contend that in Smallville ... Clark doesnt end up with
Lois ..he doesnt end up with Lana ...

Clark ends up with Chloe.
The woman who has loved and supported him his entire
adult life .

Just to use the Freinds formula for this example...

Remember how Ross longed for Rachel the way Clark
longs for Lana....

Remember how a season went by with Ross longing from afar ...
like clark is doing now?

Eventually youll see Clark moving on deciding its never going to happen ...the way ross did w rachel ...and Lana realizing she loves clark and it may be too late ...the way rachel realized about ross.

Then youll see them ultimately hook up ..the way ross and rachel
did... but it wont last.

And Chloe will be there waiting.

Nah... excuse him but he doesnt follow STAS. (He my bud IRL) Umm Clark will eventually end up falling for Lois. For the Smallville Universe, I think itll end up so Clark still goes for Lois in the end... They're gonna stick with the comic and everything.
