I noticed that they both are "Walking meltdowns" and Magma burns everything he touches. Now does Magma control his powers? because when he punched Batman and a few thugs they weren't affected. Also Blight when he grabs someone their shirts dont burn.Any ideas?

I mean I just want to know if those are mistakes or if they have control of their conditions. Please tell me something anyone.

Blight's touch would probably give someone a radiation burn, but he probably doesn't emit enough heat to set fabric on fire (though he will melt plastic fake skin!) Blight can fire energy bursts that can cause fires or explosions, but I don't think he emits very much heat unconsciously.

As far as Magma goes, I don't really think the continuity makes sense here, even with the malleable laws of cartoon science in operation.
