"Ghosts on TV" sequence: corny as hell, sure, but I got a kick out of it.

Ghostbusters reference: can't go wrong with one of those.

3-D glasses: ditto.

Cybermen hiding discreetly behind white curtains: erm...

Mickey: kicking ass and taking names. Who'd have thought?

Contents of the voidship: sorry, but they look just plain silly flying.

Episode as a whole: well, pretty much one big build-up to the final episode. 3 stars as it is, although if the final ep lives up to potential I'll be generous and give 4.

Good episode. Glad the media reaction to the ghosts was quick (loved PO'd Derek Acorah :D Especially funny since he claimed the Doctor actually consults him in the episode). Would Ghostwatch cound as a reference to the infamous BBC production?
At the core of all this was making fans go "EEEE!!". The return of Mickey! Cybermen vs Daleks! This is going to be one hell of a cliffhanger.

Although since we've seen them both before - alongside the Dalek Emperor and Lumic (ZA-WOK!) - I'm hoping at least one side is working for somebody cooler.

One thing I feel the need to point out as a model design student- I'm pretty sure I could see the seam lines on the prop of Mickey's gun.

Word of warning- it seems the BBC is doing daily trailers like they did last year for Parting of the Ways. A very short one aired yesterday which only barely extends on a scene from the next ep preview:

Cyber Leader: "Togethor we could upgrade the universe"
Lead Dalek: "You propose an alliance".

Totally Doctor Who played a very brief preview with the Cybermen:

The Cyber Leader makes a speech on TV, which we see the family from last time are being forced to watch. Roughly the dialogue went "This is a message for the humans. You will be upgraded. Cybermen will remove all class, creed and colour". We then see the various Cybermen marching out of the captured homes
