My argument? Behold: http://img501.imageshack.us/img501/9812/antimatterchronos9wm.jpg
C'mon....I'd buy it.
Seriously though, do you think there will EVER be an animated adaptation of (or one of) the Crisis?
uh...not in my opinion...
besides, b.t said himself they dont need a crisis in the DCAU.

I always thought the Cadmus arc was considered a sort of crisis. But hey...maybe a crime syndicate DTV or a Apocalypse of '09 would work :D one last hurrah! or a reunion dvd many years from now

I know all the logical reasons for there not to be a DCAU Crisis, but the DCAU is primed and ready for one, and if done well it would be awesome. (and we know Timm and co. could do it well)
Look how many parallel worlds there already are in the DCAU:
-Earth One (Default Earth)
-Earth Two (Brave New Metropolis Earth)
-Earth Three (Legends Earth)
-Earth Four (A Better World Earth)
Plus:
-The Once and Future Thing parrallel Timeline
-Proposed "Crime Syndicate" Earth.
Then there's the hand seen at the end of "Once And Future Thing" prooving the existence of the Anti-moniter in the DCAU.
Timm and co. could do it well. I have no doubt. And a well done Crisis would not only rock all of our collective faces off, it would also be the ultimate cap to Timm's DCAU.

Sometime ago, I am sure somebody can find his post about it here at TZ :)

I would not like to see a "Crisis" in the DCAU. CRISIS ON INFINITE EARTHS was conceived to simplify and streamline a DCU that had allegedly become bloated and convoluted (in practice it just made things even more confusing, but that's another discussion.)
The DCAU doesn't need to be streamlined.

Then there's the hand seen at the end of "Once And Future Thing" prooving the existence of the Anti-moniter in the DCAU.
That hand (as it has been presented in the comics) represents the creation of all things, or the existance of God more or less. Once the character Krona viewed the hand, violating "universal law", evil was released into the universe. It was at that point the Anti-Monitor was born. In the comics and the story of Crisis, the cosmic hand pre-dated the Anti-Monitor's scheming.

Ordinarily I'd roll my eyes at the idea, but with that spiffy costume, and me really being disappointed with Season Three of JLU, I say, let's have all the differently-styled DCAU eras battle it out, with irritating John/Shayera getting killed by entertaining John/Shayera from Season 1 of JLU, and Terry and his world getting wiped out along with Static, blonde Hippolyta, "ghetto" Luthor and torrid Tala.
Let's see the B:TAS Dick Grayson Robin fight it out with angry, re-designed "Old Wounds" Flashback Dick Grayson Robin. Let's see S:TAS Lois and Clark get together while ugly Dong Woo Superman and Lois are washed down the drain.
Let's make it my personal revenge against all the parts of the DCAU that I didn't totally love!
Or let's not do it at all.
EDIT:
What, didn't like Epilogue?
Actually, no I didn't. Let's have B:TAS Batman attack the script of Epilogue and smile ravenously, declaring "I am BATMAN!"

Given I don't think (in retrospect) "Crisis" was a good idea in the *comics*, would rather see the DCAU spared such "streamlining-that-just-made-things-way-more-complicated"... ;-)

A Kingdom Come DTV would be pretty sweet, although it'd have to be an Elseworld story, which it already is. I remember a long time back a friend on AIM sending me an image with a bunch of DCAU characters with their Kingdom Come costumes. It looked pretty official even though it wasn't.

Could a Crisis type story be used to combine our beloved DCAU with other DCAU type shows like Teen Titans, The Batman, Legion of Superheroes, Superfriends & Krypto? Because that would be a neat way to kind of bring them all into the same continuity, while also allowing them to stand on their own...if that makes any sense. lol

Epilogue? You mean the single episode that ruined all of Batman Beyond? I sure didn't like it. But, that wasn't the last episode of the series anyway, so who cares.

Here's my idea:
"Crisis On Infinite Earths" - Yes, you heard me right. We could have the Anit-Monitor trying to destroy the various universes(JLU, Justice Lords, Justice Guild, etc.) with various people from each universe having to team up under the guidance of Harbinger and Pariah to stop the Anit-Monitor.
If it included the heros in all their animated incarnations I'd think it'd be great. Things like:
Superfriends
Fletcher's superman
teen titans
the batman
since we know its gunna happen sooner or later, "The Superman"
the filmation superman batman toons,
and what ever other animated shows I forgot.

I consider Epilogue to be one of the single worst episodes of all of JL/U. I hated it, and frankly I like ignore it completely.

Couldn't it have happened during that gap between Justice League Season 2 and JLU Season 1? "Crisis" could be used to explain where some of these other characters came from.
You could show the different Earths merging
Earth 2 - JSA characters
Earth 3 - Justice Lords Earth
Earth 4 - Charlton characters, ie Question, Capt Atom, Blue Beetle
Earth X - Freedom Fighters
Earth S - Shazam family
"Brave New Metropolis" Earth
"Legends" Earth
Perhaps some of the rights have been freed up by now and these characters can appear? The Monitor, Anti-Monitor, Pariah, Harbinger, Lady Quark, and Alexander Luthor can all appear. If it takes place before JLU then Supergirl can't die because she's on JLU, but some things could be eliminated and other things added.
Just a thought.

The DCAU doesn't need to be streamlined.I agree. Making it wont make any sense for DCAU. DC Comics sure, but not DCAU. It already is one continuum. Revamps of stories were not made in the DCAU. All of the DCAU style animation is all in the same timeline...minus Braniac Attacks.
OK, I would support it wholeheartedly if Clancy Brown's Luthor gets to kill the Braniac Attacks Luthor. And I actually wouldnt mind seeing George Newburn's Superman against Tim Daly's Superman.
I enjoyed CoIE, but I agree that there doesn't need to be an animated one. I like Kolbar's set-up, but the Earths that the JSA, Charlton guys, Marvel family, etc., would've needed to have been established to give it more weight.

That's a pretty interesting thought.
Bruce Timm has said that the currently shelved "World's Collide" DTV, set between "Starcrossed" and "Initiation" would have focused on the alternate universe Crime Syndicate, as well as set up the foundation of the super-size League. Maybe all of the new characters in JLU were part a multiverse in the DCAU, and those characters' Earths combined to form one single reality. Who knows?;)

I could see some type of IC set up due to Lex and Darkseid's doings when they exit.
