Hurm. Not bad, but it's also very close to the "Cuties" line of Disney characters.

And the Cuties creep me the hell out.

Looks like they've pulled the ears back and changed his shorts so he doesn't get confused with old-design Mickey. One more thing I would like to see them do: make him blue like the Japanese toys they did. That'd take him away from the comparisons completely.

That "new" design is kinda retro. It's based on the original Disney design from the silent era.

This would look good (I like the new face) if they didn't give him a .....swollen head. He looks like a "Cuties" doll. And as is Darking said, those are freaky.:eek: They should've made his body bigger.

I do prefer the old version, but I could watch a cartoon with the new one in it without complaining. So does this mean there is a new Oswald cartoon coming out:D
