G.I. Joe

Hey guys!

Does anyone remember GI Joe:) ? I thought that cartoon rocked in the 80's...way better than Tranformers. Although, I do not know how GI JOE ended. Does anyone know? I hated the new GI JOE animation with Scar as the bad guy for Cobra!:mad: They totaly ruined GI JOE in the new animation but thank goodness it didn't last for long. The original Joe's were the coolest though. Snif! ...no more Duke, Flint, Mainframe, Cobra commander, Destro, Baroness, Lady J, etc...they will all be missed:(

:( i hate that the gi joe show was cancelled it was the coolest cartoon ever. the one thing they could have done with out was the saftey tips at the end of every show like the one where all those girls go to the beach and that one doesnt where sun screen and the gi joe comes by and she is sun burned and he gives her a sturn talkin to.

Guys, as you may or may not have already heard, "G.I. Joe" premieres on Cartoon Network, July 1st at 12:00 AM. So, please watch it because if it does well, it will most likely get a better timeslot.

I was going to post a thread about this after reading about it on YoJoe.com. So, all you Joe fans out there watch, lol! The 80s are making a comeback!


Who here has picked up the new comic by image? Thoughts, comments on it? At first I hated it, but, eh, I guess new Joe is better than no joe. The destro's "estranged son" thing, ugh, that is so lame (though, I wonder if he really is his "son") EDIT, concering the comic, I meant (to make it suitable for this board) how do you feel about what they have done to G.I. Joe?
