Who would you add to the JL's Big Seven?

I almost picked Aquaman. He's definitely my second choice.

Aquaman respectfully, but Nightwing personally (post event of ROTJ's flashback... would love to see how the two would handle the dynamic after that, and Bruce with Barbara)

Would have to be Aquaman. He was sitting at the big table in the Ultimen intro where we first met them and Waller.

Fate could possibly work too. Arrow is a choice, but he is more the rebel than the leader. Nightwing would not be seen as an equal with Bruce being there, but you're right in the drama it would create to be very fun to watch.

Let's look at what the 7 do have in characteristics and see where they can improve:
Superman-almost invulnerable and his awesome powers, the poster child hero
Batman-Dark Knight, ultimate normal human, analytical powers supreme, rebel
Wonder Woman-strongest female, princess, heiress to a sovereign nation, deals with mythical beings
GL-member of the corps, military backgd, "most powerful" weapon, knows about space empires
J'onn-multitasker, awesome array of powers.
Hawkgirl-ultimate spy, combat tactics, advanced knowledge of technology, knowledge of space
Flash-ultimate speed, comic relief

Now let's look at other candidates:
Aquaman-ultimate for water adventures, leader of a nation
Dr. Fate-controller of magic, has the highest moral code of all
Nightwing-everything Batman but downgraded
Orion-strong but not invulnerable, knowledge of space
Green Arrow-human pushing his abilities, rebel
Captain Marvel-almost invulnerable, too inexperienced and young, lacking experience and leadership ability
Elongated man-comic relief, stretch powers, detective
Atom-super-intelligent which would be a great addition, but not very powerful. note power doesnt mean absolute power, it could be relative power (how well he or she uses his or her power) as in the case with Batman


then again we could always use Booster Gold:p
