Animation styles are very important to me and is a large part of whether or not I like a show.

X-men Evo was always a favorite and Rogue, Kitty and Boom-boom were the best. Hair movement, clothes styles and body proportions are hard to find any match. The other X-men shows are terrible by comparison [imo]

While I like Raven's style and she is also a favorite character, and JL is also done well, though I prefer Huntress and BlackCanary to WonderWoman, there is no beating Rogue. :D

Besides Rogue in X-M:E,there was Jean Grey as well. She was nice, charming, great clothes and hair movement too.

Rogue's a favorite of mine. I love X:Ev.

Going for their *personalities*, I"ll go with Raven.

Appearance-wise, have to go with the classic costume and magic lasso that is Wonder Woman (even if her incarnation on JL is one of the things I hate the most about the show)...

Appearence-wise, Wonder Woman.

The other two resemble too much of a goth chick look.

I really gotta go with Wonder Woman, because she looks more like a woman than just a punk kid.

Although Raven has a really great design, she does look a bit young and that give Wonder Woman the edge.

X-Men: Evo's Rogue never really grew on to me visually. Her overall character was never one that I liked, which is in complete contrast to the comic book Rogue.

I have this big confusion in my head:Is Rogue a goth?

I think she was meant to be at least semi-goth, but the writers/designers didn't do enough research into the subculture to truly understand it. For me, goth is about listening to certain kinds of music and dressing in a particular style. (I've been part of the subculture for about 10 years, so I'm not an original, but I'm not an uneducated wannabe either.) We didn't learn much about Rogue's music taste and her clothing is only vaguely goth. Those pajamas? Totally NOT goth. Brown? Not a goth color.

I've never seen a cartoon character that fit my idea of goth perfectly. So no, I wouldn't call her a true goth.

All I know is a bunch of goth girls at my college idolize her. At least the actress who plays her in the films.

Eh? They idolize Rogue in the X:Ev cartoon or Rogue in the live action X-films? Because that would be weird. Movie Rogue is not even remotely goth.

Either way, please don't judge all goths by a handful. We're not all like that! As with any subculture, there are young ones who give older ones a bad name and they're not really a true representation of the subculture. No goth I know "idolizes" Rogue in any form.

Like I said, she's meant to be goth, but she's not fully. They didn't get the clothes exactly right.

And the whole Scott thing? No goth would fall for someone like that!

Oh yes they would. Cyke is a nerd and like goth, nerds are also know to be social outcast so they have something in commom. Think about it. Besides members of the team how often do we see cyke or rouge talk or hang out whit anyone else?

Besides the fact the thread's going off topic, I'm confused with the poll question:

Are we comparing Wonder Woman, Raven, and Rogue, on a matter of who's prettiest, or a matter of character design?

Oh, right. That's why I see so many "nerds" hanging out at goth clubs. I've never known a goth to date someone who's THAT far outside the subculture. We tend to date within our own or at most, within related subcultures, which normals like Scott are not part of. I wouldn't call Scott a nerd anyway. I don't think that fits him. But he's definitely too normal for your average true goth. I'm not talking about their characters here or anything of that sort. I'm simply saying that if Rogue were a full goth, she would not be attracted to someone like Scott. Their relationship on the show does make some sense, but it is also representative of her not being part of the true goth culture.

And Dudley, I think the question was meant to mean which character we like best based on overall appearance: hair, clothes, face, etc.

Yeah Dudley, that's what the topic states, everything related to the physical appearence like face, hair, body etc

Out of those choices, I tend to find Raven to be the most attractive. :raven: :raven2:

Well in that case, it's definetly Wonder Woman.

Wonder Woman is someone who is just indulged in action and he role in Justice Leage hardly features romance/drama and I've never seen her wearing ordinary clothes, only her costume:sweat:

I would have to go with Wonderwoman looks great. I don't need to see her in regular clothes those blue star panties always does it for me.

Don't like X-men E Rouge she looks too dirty and looks like she smells like cigerettes. I was in love with Rouge in the comics and X-Men TAS I was let down when I saw X-men E Rouge.

Raven is blah didn't care much for the character prefered Bumble Bee plus they gave Raven Starfire's body and left Starfire flat (whats up with that lol).

Considering how raven and star dress and look in the comics I think they both were tone down.
